Is this gluten-free / vegan / organic?
Each product page lists allergens, dietary tags, and certifications. We don't make claims unless the producer has documented them.
When will my order arrive?
Chilled items dispatch Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday for next-day delivery. We don't ship over weekends — items would sit in a depot.
How long does cheese / charcuterie keep?
Best within 5–7 days of arrival, kept refrigerated. Vacuum-packed items: see the use-by date on the label.
Do you ship outside mainland UK?
Mainland UK only for chilled products. Ambient items (oils, chocolate, coffee) ship to Ireland and EU — ask first.
Are your products free from nuts / dairy?
Allergens are listed on every product page. We share a packing room with nuts and dairy — see the cross-contamination notice on the page.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes — there's a notes field at checkout. We hand-write notes on a small card included with the order.
What's the shelf life?
Best-before or use-by date appears on every label. We don't ship items with less than 14 days' shelf life.
Do you have a subscription option?
Not yet — but if you order regularly we can hold a standing order. Email us.
